With more than a decade of experience across inpatient, emergency, community, and telepsychiatry settings, Lacy brings a grounded, evidence-based, and deeply compassionate approach to mental health care.
Her clinical expertise includes comprehensive psychiatric assessment, psychopharmacology, crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and integrative treatment approaches. She has advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy through the Beck Institute, Nutritional Psychiatry through Massachusetts General Hospital, and Master Psychopharmacology through NEI, supporting her ability to blend traditional psychiatric care with modern, lifestyle-oriented strategies.
Lacy’s practice philosophy reflects her belief that meaningful mental health care must honor the connection between mind, body, and environment. She integrates medication management, psychotherapy, nutritional psychiatry, and lifestyle medicine to create treatment that is intentional, individualized, and sustainable.
